Inleidende cursus: Hedendaagse dans

Natalie was a student at London Contemporary Dance School, where she had training in ballet, as well as in Grham, Cunningham and release techniques. She performed with various companies in Engeland, including Bedlam Dance Co of which she was a founding member. Since march '94 Natalie has been working with Alexander Baervoets (Blauw, Nievelt). In her classes she will focus on the discovery of the individual body and on the development of physical awareness. Special attention will be paid to the use of weight, breath and to finding a natural individual way through movement. Each lesson will start with warming, streching and strengthening exercises, and progresses to sequences of movements across the floor.
